Cycloid-γ (that's the greek symbol "Gamma," not a "y") is a wireframe combatant who uses the maneuvers of various other Street Fighters. He appeared in just one game, Street Fighter EX plus α, the home version of the very first 3D Street Fighter game.
Gamma's from back in the age when doing things like wireframe 3D characters was novel and kind of a neat idea, because it allowed for extra characters without taking up a lot of memory.
